Uniform information

We ask that parents please adhere to our school uniform policy to ensure our children look smart, but comfortable at all times; thank you for your support with this. We encourage active footwear, so we can participate in active outdoor learning and physical breaks to support our mental and physical well-being.

School Uniform

Our school uniform policy is as follows:

  • Girls and boys may wear short or long grey tailored trousers or a grey pleated or plain skirt/pinafore, which should be knee length
  • Light blue shirt / blouse / polo shirt (school logo is optional)
  • Red sweatshirt / cardigan (school logo is optional)
  • Grey / white socks/ red/grey/blue tights
  • Black active footwear (no logos)

Summer uniform is the same as above or a blue / red gingham dress.

P.E. Kit

Your child will be asked to come in their P.E. kits on the days assigned to this subject - please see below to which days P.E is on.

  • Red t-shirt (available with a school logo- optional)
  • Black / blue shorts/leggings
  • Pumps for indoors (Class 1)
  • Trainers are worn for active footwear

Red P.E. bags (Class 1) with the school logo can be ordered (see below).

The outdoor P.E. kit should consist of:

  • Trainers
  • A warm plain top/sweatshirt either red or black (school uniform top is available)
  • Shorts as above / jogging trousers / leggings (black or blue)

2022 - 2023: P.E. will usually take place on the following days:

  • Class 1 – Parents will be given separate information from Mrs Whitfield
  • Class 2 – Wednesday & Thursday
  • Class 3 – Monday & Tuesday
  • Class 4 - Tuesday & Friday
  • Class 5 – Monday & Thursday

Orders for sweatshirts, cardigans, polo shirts, P.E. shirts, P.E. hoodies, shorts & kit bag, jackets, hats, dresses and book bags printed with the school logo can be made at any time via our online supplier; see link to order form below.

Additionally, an old adult shirt (named) for Key Stage 2 children (Classes 3-5) which can be worn in art/science lessons will protect uniform and this can be kept at school in a P.E. bag.

Nearly new uniform

Alternatively, the PTFA offer an excellent stock of nearly new, logo-ed uniform items which is not only a sustainable option but is also available immediately. Items are free but donations to the PTFA fund are always welcome. To enquire please contact Jess Hillman on 07718 763686.

Please ensure that all items of clothing brought into school are clearly named. Unnamed items that are not claimed after a reasonable period will be sent to charity or second hand uniform stock.
